My son had purchased an expinsive phone through them. He thought he might have less issues if he got it through them seeing as how we had virgin Mobile, and he was unsure about trying to purchase a phone another way. I'm just going to say don't buy a phone from their website. From the moment he got the phone, it had some factory defects. So I called within the 7 to 10 day warranty time and requested a new phone. I spoke to 3 different people who gave me the run around for several days till it ran out. Now I'm stuck with a garbage phone with no solution. Please Connor buy a phone from them.
