I had made contacts on here, but had to delete and recreate my profile numerous times because of being unable to send messages. When you delete it assumes its because f the matches not the glitch in the site. Very frustrating I think they do it to force you to pay. NO THANKS and no such thing as contacting the site for trouble shooting.
Tip for consumers:
Don't bother they aren't really free you make a connection only to loose it for whatever reason of being blocked
