I ordered a jumbo Chanel online and just received it today. Colour was WAY off from the pictures online. Very disappointing. No point in sending back after all the duties I payed to have it shipped to Canada. Never had this issue with other pre loved sites.

Our images are taken in lighting meant to depict what the bag would look like outside in daylight, thus the color can appear darker when indoors.
