Pre-ordered halloween costumes on July 11. They quoted that they would be shipped first week in September. They charge my AmEx on Sept. 5th but never shipped items. I emailed, called and sent Facebook messages and received NO response. Finally, I sent one last email with "Will Contest Credit Charge" in subject line. They finally emailed and assured they would ship that week. Two week pass and still no shipment. I emailed again and they rudely questioned if I understood that it was a pre-order and I had to explain that I did understand, that they quoted early Sept. Arrival and they already charged my CC. They then said they were unsure if they could ship prior to Halloween since their supplier was late. I asked to refund my credit card immediately and they again were very rude and told me that it is common knowledge that it takes 3 business day to process a refund and that I should contact Amex to verify. Terrible service and appalling email response. Could never get anyone to answer the phone or return my call. Never order from them or their other company Baby Scholars. Bad bad bad.
