“Horrible customer service”

Horrible customer service. I have sent this company two messages. Neither were returned. My shipment has taken so long that I could've had it strapped to the back of a tortoise and pointed it in the direction of my house and it would've gotten here quicker. I have no way to review the product because it still isn't here. I will never order from these people again.

Tip for consumers:
Nothing has arrived yet. It would’ve been lovely to learn ahead of time that they are completely unresponsive and are only interested in taking our money. I will be launching a complaint with my credit card company if this doesn’t come within the next week.
