I love Macy's- whether I order something online or actually go to the mall, I am extremely happy with whatever I purchase! I love when they have sales also! But if your looking for something really nice to wear- Macy's is the place to go

This place has THE WORST customer service I've ever experienced! TWICE, yes twice I was sent the wrong order, meaning I have 2 things now that I do not even use or need, & I was overpriced BIG TIME! They actually left price tags on the items- I wish I could show pictures- but I paid almost $30 more than the actual price tags they forgot to remove! This place deserves a minus 5 stars! It's a joke!
I still can't believe they are in business! PLEASE take my advice- order from somewhere else that doesn't think people are dumb enough to pay triple for the things they like!
