I ordered a barbeque from Lowes on May 5. I kept on following up without response. I called Lowers repeatedly. Last time I was on hold for 2 hours and 28 minutes! Lowes finally said they do not have the item I ordered and not in stock. Why would they take my order and my money and not deliver! To make matters worse, they do not return the money when they fail to deliver. They just keep your money until you complain repeatedly.
