I have had issues with two drop shipping businesses on Doba. I can not get anyone from DOBA to to help me resolve any issues. I feel there is no protection to any of us who use their service. I tried using the messenger and sending a direct email to my rep. I had to refund multiple orders for my customers because of slow shipping- even from US based businesses'. They claim to ship in 2-3 days and somethings I waited weeks, on I am on a month. I am going to be out of $300 bucks because I likely will not get my refund.
