I'm really surprised about all the bad reviews on here. I've been using it for years and i love it. I also had it for my husband for a bit and had no problems canceling the subscription for him. They only reason I came across these reviews is because I'm having trouble signing in with google on my PC (usually use my phone) and was looking for some answers. This is part of the reason for the one star missing. That and I can't ALWAYS find what I'm looking for, but I usually can. I commute quite a bit so I love the audiobooks and this is a way better price than audible. Plus you get all the other mediums too. Ebooks, sheet music, magazines, etc.

This company is known as Balsamhappy, vaguevest, AND aser.co, that I know of.
I always thought I needn't worry much if a website had PayPal, but this website taught me that's not the case.
I ordered 1.5x5' expandable fences and received 0.75x3' mats instead. I thought PayPal would make them give me a refund but I had to spend $65 in order to ship with tracking first. (package weighed half a pound and was less than a foot square)
Now I know PayPal no longer means reputable and will do more research next time

My parents had a groupon for a restaurant that was shut down when they went to use it. Groupon would not do anything
I bought a gift of show tickets and got tickets for the wrong date. The tickets I have are for a month away and the ones I wanted are for two months away and Groupon won't do anything.
You can't speak to them on the phone, only email or chat and they just ignore the emails
