I ordered a bedspread from The Mine that the website said was in stock. After waiting almost a week and never getting a shipping email I contacted them. They said it would ship out within a day or two. Another week later I check the status of my order and it says the bedspread wouldnt be available to ship for two more months! Mind you they had already charged my credit card. I emailed them and never got a response back so I called them. I was told that they do not have anything in stock on hand. They order everything from the manufacturer and if they (the manufacturer) were out of stock they couldnt help it. When asked how they could sell something they didnt have I never got a straight answer. She did say she hears this all day so apparently they do it all the time. I promptly cancelled my order. The customer service person was very professional, its the company itself I have a problem with. If Lowes does own the site they should be ashamed.
