I too have spent thousands of dollars a month at Torrid. I have three
Shipments coming that total around $600. I was trying to take advantage
Of the Cyber Monday deal. For the second time in a row I was able to
Order an item only to have them remove it from order because they didn't
Have it. How bad of a business do you have to be to not know your
Inventory? Needless to say I am returning everything I have ordered the
Last 60 days, which is a loooooot. I complained via torrid twice, asked
To be provided the sale discount for another item to replace it. Was
Told no the first time and no response at all the last time. Good luck
With your business, you have just lost another very valuable customer. I
Have never had this happen with anything I have ordered at Lane Bryant,
Amazon, Womans World and Romans. Guess they will be getting all my
Money from now on
