I ordered my dress, paid extra for expedited shipping and it was guaranteed to be sent to me in 25-28 days. A week after that deadline had come and gone, I received an email saying they needed more time to make the dress and weren't sure when it would be completed. I contacted a representative through their live chat and asked her to cancel my order, which she said she had done right then and there. About 3 weeks after that, I received an email saying my dress was complete and they could still send it to me if I wanted it and if I didn't want it, they'd cancel my order (which I thought was already done!) So thought, what the heck, I still had a little time and if I could get the dress in time, with a refund on my shipping, would take it, so I replied a couple minutes after the email was sent that I would like it shpped to me. I logged on to the site again to see about my shipping refund and when they asked me for my order number they told me the dress had been sent back to the manufacturer because I didn't let them know in time that I still wanted it. I replied to their email minutes later and that wasn't quick enough! So, they promised a ship time, missed that time, promised to cancel my order, finished the dress 1 1/2 months late, promised to send my dress again, then sent it back to the manufacturer even though I replied to their email in about 11 minutes that I wanted it! Still waiting on that refund too... Here is one of many stupid chat transcripts

Brea: I really am disappointed with the timeline and would like some sort of refund or discount for the shipping. Your order guaranteed the longest processing time to be 22-25 days and it has exceeded that. I would still like expedited shipping, but some sort of refund needs to be given since you did not meet the promised time.

Ashley: Because we are not receive your email in time, so we just send it back today

Brea: This is absolutely ridiculous and the worst service I have ever had from a company, when will my refund go back on my card?
Ashley: It will back in 2-5 weeks
Brea: You guarantee a timeline, go way past it, offer me the dress almost 3 weeks late, then send it back to the manufacturer 11 minutes after your offer? You couldn; t even allow me 15 minutes to respond?
Brea: They said the same thing when I asked for the refund almost a month ago and my refund was supposed to have been processing already, so it should be sooner than that, shouldn't it? Or did you guys not start processing that either?
