I sold a item on mercari. The item has insurance through the mercari site for sales. The item was lost in the mail, So I called customer support now there's no answer. So only choices I had left was to email them. The customer service there is very rude and wasn't any help at all they Closed my ticket and told me not to respond back to there email. I won't be using there service anymore due to this. I guess im just lost out on my item and my money. Think twice before shopping or selling there if something happens your just out of luck. Mercari your customer service sucks!

Been with HSBC Bank for over a year first time I did a balance transfer I called you in and the company really messed up I was transferring $4,150 and their computer took over so be said the employee of HSBC Bank and only did a $850 balance transfer so I had to call back talk with a representative they don't understand what happened other than they had to do an additional $3,300 balance transfer $3,300 transfer has cleared now for some reason $850 is lost this is been taken about a month and still have not gotten results when I called they said it will take an additional 10 days 1 months for a balance transfer is just totally ridiculous and still has not been totally resolved

I been with EBay MasterCard since November 22,2019 ever since I had this card I was working on my points. Now it's late January 2020 and it shows 0 points available. So I called EBay MasterCard to help with this issue & still today no help and still I have 0 points available. This is a breach of contract on there end. I even spoke to several managers there & no help was to be had for a customer who always paid there bill and never late. This is a awful company to do business with as no help for the customer.

Offer up will cut off you account with out any notification at all. Seems like they cut my account off after I shipped out a gutar Now how do I get my money for the item. I emailed offerup and still waiting with no response. Does not protect sellers.
