I bought 3 keys for the 2019 grid game, but I got the keys to the regular grid. I reported the matter to the support with screenshots that a different grid pops up, I gave 4 screenshots with each key and so far they can't get it done and they ask for the screenshots I have already given them. And in the second situation, I bought lego marvel super heroes 2 and sent a screenshot telling me from steam that the key was activated 5 days before my purchase. It wasn't enough to get my money back. To me, it's a bunch of scammers.

The reason our agents ask for the same screenshots for the second time is that the initial screenshots did not fit our requirements. Also, our suppliers may require additional information on faulty keys.
