I bought 3 keys for the 2019 grid game, but I got the keys to the regular grid. I reported the matter to the support with screenshots that a different grid pops up, I gave 4 screenshots with each key and so far they can't get it done and they ask for the screenshots I have already given them. And in the second situation, I bought lego marvel super heroes 2 and sent a screenshot telling me from steam that the key was activated 5 days before my purchase. It wasn't enough to get my money back. To me, it's a bunch of scammers.

The reason our agents ask for the same screenshots for the second time is that the initial screenshots did not fit our requirements.
