Quick and easy. Had a password problem. Called and they took care of it. Also Frontline for cats quit working after 6 months. Flea infestation. Switched to Advantage II. Purchased locally. One order the medicine expired. And I was told I haven't purchased anything for 10 years. Not true. My last purchase was earlier this year and many times before. Even my orders reflect the 2021 purchase. So generally all is good
