Site advertised 2 for 1 with excessive shipping charge, then it didn't allow color choice with that offer, when I learned of no color choice I stop at shipping address an did not complete the transaction, when i page back to credit card info i had put in it was gone, no confirmation of the purchase an check out was not completed. No charge to my bank or any contact from company was made until a week later they put the charge through. I called them and told them no purchase was made yet they refused to cancel the charge and saying they would only refund the purchase price and not the shipping (but it hadn't been shipped yet and I did not put in a shipping address so how do you do that?) I told them there is not shipping charge because no order was made, very simple purchase was not made. They give me a return number for something that hasn't been shipped or ordered. Continuing to force the purchase on me. Now I have $39.00 overdraft charge, plus their charges and Item can't be returned cause I didn't give them a shipping address.(I won't recieve the Item at all). They used mousing to try to get you to buy more from them which in turn led to the cancellation of the order except they had no page to cancel the order at. In general piece of %#@* company and after reading reviews on the product don't buy anything from them.
