Ordered flowers last night to be delivered today to my mother who is in the hospital. Received word that they can't fulfill the order on time. Their suggested remedy was to deliver the flowers 4 days later. That's it. Happy to take my money, but not deliver on their promised service. Shameful. Avoid 1800Flowers.com if at all possible.
Tip for consumers:
Don't bother with them. If you need something delivered in a timely way, look to a more reliable vendor.
