“Not only did Target fail to deliver, they also canceled my order without consulting me”

Web site has awful functionality, but I finally got registered and then received two emails and one text message confirmation.
Instead of getting the delivery, I learned that my order had been canceled.
No apologies. No further attempts to fulfill the order.
Even customer service said nobody was available, so I should call again tomorrow
