ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION! Before you buy a bike from these guys, Take a look at their "D" RATING with the Better Business Bureau and the mountain of horrible reviews for customer service all over the internet... Despite all their happy, high energy, "we love you" nonsense, they have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and they do not give refunds or exchanges! Bought two bikes in April they changed the delivery date to OCTOBER. THAT'S 6 MONTHS... They raised almost 14 million dollars. I asked for a refund this week, not wanting to wait 3 more months. They sent back two snarky emails and said NO REFUND! BEWARE BEWARE OF THESE GUYS, they are not cyclists. They raise money and then order your bike... BEWARE

I took five friends for dinner. I called the day before and talked to Chris the manager and told him it was a birthday. He was planning a special birthday dessert. When I arrived at the restaurant I told him again and I told our server and I told the person who sat us at the table. The server forgot the desert. When I called Chris the next day he said "sometimes things get slipped through the cracks I'm sorry that you didn't get your free dessert." I never asked for a free dessert. Dinner was $700. I don't imagine it's too hard to remember a birthday dessert when you're paying $700 for dinner. I'll never go here again they embarrassed me

I absolutely cannot believe that I purchased a sofa on the charish website, and was told the following day matter-of-factly by the seller that she had sold it already the previous day but forgot to take it off the site. And then she instructed me how to go about getting my own refund she wouldn't even handle it for me. This site has gone completely downhill it's horrible. In addition to me finally getting my refund I don't get my money back for 5 days. So they sold something twice and don't give me a refund for 5 days and acted like it was no big thing. Do not shop here
