They telemarketed to me, and I decided to give them a try & got grade school results. I picked one possible out of the 10 originally provided and told them to refine that one and told them exactly what I wanted. I get an email back with 10 more first tries versus a refined version of one of the first ones. Went back to them again and had to pseudo draw what I wanted using cut and past from the original one. They came back again with 6 more first tries.

I gave them one more chance and told them that if I did not receive the revisions I requested from the very first one that I would get my money back, report them to the BBB and other sites & terminate the relationship. A few days later I receive a phone call from one of the "Designers," and told them exactly what I was wanting and a few days later I receive TWO designs this time that were NOT a revision of the very first one. I responded that they failed and to refund my money, to which they never did.

The fact that in the beginning I had to fill out this "Logo Brief" form and the fact they just continued to send a bunch of first tries and NEVER a revision of the very first one including that original font tells me that they just feed information into some "AI" template of some pathetic software package and spit out the results with zero control over original files, images, and fonts

Based on this horrible experience I would implore people to NOT get involved with this phony organization. This may have spawned from an inquiry with someone on Etsy who claimed to be able to create logos for you. That person never got back to me, but it was about a month later I started to receive the phone calls from Logo Symmetry. My guess is this listing on Etsy was nothing more than a front for Logo Symmetry

Update 10-11-21: After informing the people from Logo Symmetry that I was going to start reporting them and contact my credit card company for the refund, one of my email accounts was literally spammed by hundreds of spam telemarketing emails. I feel confident this was their doing. Just another reason to completely avoid this "company," if you could call it that!
