We're sorry to hear you feel this way. We do not have access to any member's credit card information unless it is voluntarily provided at sign up. Every user who signs up with us is presented with the same details regarding the free trial. These details, located on the sign up page directly above where users enter their credit card number, state that if you choose to continue your membership past the 7-day trial period, you will be subject to the $12.97 monthly subscription fee all of our active members pay. Users can cancel their account any time during their trial period by logging into their account or contacting customer service. If the account is cancelled within the 7-day trial period, users are not charged for using our service.
