First of all, poor communication with their office from the beginning. They did not protect my home and I got termites. The SC Dept of Pesticide Regulation did an investigation and the report found signs of negligence. I had to tear apart my entire kitchen to repair the damage (all cabinets, kitchen sink, granite countertops, everything). Anchor Pest Management was not empathetic to my situation at all and even tried to place the blame on me, saying the termites came from pavers I installed. They offered me $350. It was obvious they either did not care about me, or they did not have the capacity to help me. There are several other superior Pest Companies in Charleston. If you come across this one, KEEP LOOKING!
