Booked stay in Amsterdam for the 23rd March for 3 nights. Due to covid all travel was cancelled, so I requested a refund for the fees paid. Before this I had tried to print the voucher in the email confirmation, which wouldn't print( alarm bells). After five weeks got reply to request for refund, stating it was" not them, but the supplier" had refused the refund. Disgraceful behaviour hiding behind "supplier" in the current (or any) situation. Smells of total lack of professionalism. Please do not use this site. Read the reviews, I wish I had!
