The link goes right to their site but when I try to forward the message it says there is a virus in the message. I never signed up for spam emails from here but they just send them, with virus content.... do not trust this company.
Deeksha Singh tried to lie and say they were a developer and tried to scam me out of money over and over again while refusing to do work I already paid for, unless I paid them more money of course. They held my money as ransom to try to extort more money out of me, while promising a refund repeatedly, but it took over 24 hours and a lot of extortion efforts before I finally got my money back at a loss. Seller wasted my time and I've lost money, all because they refused to do work they claimed to do and acted like a scammer 100%... adults do not act this way normally unless they are con artists. This person tried to steal my money all while claiming to others that I was trying to get something for free. DO NOT TRUST!

Namesilo replied back false information. Company has already verified this as well.

I've had to report them for other things, the fact that they will respond with an outright lie is just childish, pathetic, and unprofessional... again, avoid this business unless you want to deal with a bunch of nonsense just for trying to point out something.

Also the fact they went on a public forum giving out my private account information shows how childish and unprofessional they are... especially since the info they gave was false.

Namesilo should try to screw their wives instead of trying to screw customers.
Namesilo is crap in 2020

Update: Namesilo never helped me with this and instead bashed me publicly online without providing true support. They claim I spammed their network, but the truth is they kept copying and pasting responses that had nothing to do with what I was asking, so I was forced to copy and paste the same question repeatedly, while just being given back some pasted response having nothing to do with what I asked.

NameSilo I went from liking this company to all the sudden they are now working with scammers it seems to rip their own customers off. I bought a brand new domain and supposedly private, yet the next day I get emails advertising me services. If it's private how do the scammers know I bought it? Seems like you have someone in your company doing illegal activity and Namesilo will protect them, and has so far. I just asked for a phone number for support and was blocked from support. The service has turned to absolute crap

Sorry to hear about your poor experience with us. There are several different issues here:
1 - the main problem here appears to be that you hadn't turned on your WHOIS privacy for your domains when initially registering or transferring them. As such, it is possible that spammers across the web were able to capture your information prior to turning on WHOIS privacy and are using that info to contact you. Unfortunately, there isn't much we can do about that because as per ICANN requirements, we have to provide registrant information when you register/transfer your domain. If you did not turn on WHOIS privacy, then that's likely the reason why. The unwanted reach-outs should hopefully reduce once you turn on privacy for all your domains; but if they don't, we recommend you block the e-mails/phone numbers contacting you.
2 - as we have explained over e-mail, we obviously do NOT sell customer information to anyone or work with scammers as you are asserting. Yours is an isolated issue and only occurring on the domains where you didn't have WHOIS privacy set.
3 - the reason that you were temporarily blocked is because you were spamming across our support chat and social media pages so our team was forced to take action. Spamming across our platforms is not conducive to getting any issue resolved and simply creates more difficulties/frustration for our team.
Very weird setup. I bought a few things and ended up having recommended sellers sending me items that did not match the description and pictures. Lost $1000s of dollars trusting these goons
You are blocked from viewing this so-called resource if you have an ad blocker or block other scripts from running through this website. Very misleading. It states "GuideStar gathers, organizes, and distributes information about U.S nonprofits" but you don't say you block people who won't help you make money through opening up insecurities to their computer or other devices. Should probably more likely say something like "GuideStar gathers, organizes, and distributes information about YOU."
