It's incredible that Wayfair is actually so bad and customer service. They make returns ridiculously difficult in order to discourage returns. Buy somewhere else like Amazon who have 2022 customer service systems.
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy from Wayfair if you might need to make a return. They make returns very difficult.
