I ordered 3 ECU Face masks with free shipping advertised. Free shipping was 3 to 7 business days. For 9.00 extra, almost half of the cost of the item, they offered next day shipping. They sent a notification to ship on the computer, but FedEx shows not getting the package till the next day. If I look up my order it says due to arrive Sept. 9. FedEx was saying it was going to be delivered by 9:00 yesterday, then it changed to by 9:00 today, now it shows scheduled delivery pending, its went about 100 miles from Ohio to PA since it shipped. Now it doesn't even give an estimated date. I should have took the free shipping, would have probably got here the same time or sooner. I tried to contact customer service to ask for a refund on the expedited shipping, the only way to contact them is via Twitter (thats a joke) have never heard back since sending a tweet over a day ago. Then I decided I would return the item, and I find out its going to 9.99 for them to ship me a return label. I"ve returned a lot of items to various companies, never had to pay to return something. These masks could have been mailed or about 2.00, which I would not have a problem paying, but to pay 20 bucks for shipping is unacceptable. 10 for expedited shipping, that is yet to arrive and 10 to return. Ridiculous. Dont advertise quick shipping if you can't deliver.
