We signed a contract to have balianti.com develop our site for X amount of dollars. Well 8 months after site was supposed to be done guess what, it still didn't work and he handed us a bill for $15,000 more than agreed. This is still after site did not work correctly. Within the contract it stated that all extra work would be done at $20.00 an hour. Amir also had other companies who was paying Balianti.com to develop their site. Well Amir being the honest Muslim that he is, was trying to get us to implement things from these other websites from other companies that owned the intellectual property rights to use on our site. We spent $50,000 on marketing and advertising for this site when the site was supposed to be done. 8 months later it still didn't work and $50,000 plus was down the drain. Amir says he has a complete design team here in the United States. Another lie. He hired all aspects of his design team from Pakistan. You cannot trust Balianti.com or the contract signed by Amir. He told us he has servers inhouse. ANOTHER LIE. Do not trust Balianti.com. He will sell or give your ideas to other companies. Littlelegacies.com was a company he stole information from and wanted to implement their strategy into our site.
