I purchased a "DVD to Blackberry Converter" from Wondershare.com on 10-31-09 and still have not received the Key Code to download the product. I've tried for 4 days to contact them and have received multiple confirmation that my order was received, but still can not get a response or the Key Codes needed for downloading. Really poor Customer Service and they already have their payment.
