Had a work trip scheduled and had to push it back a day due to the nature of the work. Priceline refused to consider my situation and still charged me a day for rescheduling even with over 24 hours notice. I got a supervisor on the phone and told them that their language saying that "the day before" typically means 24 hours notice. They told me that they needed notice before midnight the day before (i. E. two days). I told them that they were going to loose a customer over this and they replied that it was company policy.
