If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. I saw this website a few years back when they were hosting tours in Colombia. A friend told me about them this year, it was a total mistake. I paid upfront for a five star experience, they could not even deliver on one star.

I flew to Las Vegas, and walked around for two hours looking for a chauffeur to my helicopter ride. After numerous text and countless emails they finally told me that the event was canceled. Canceled! After I flew all the way out to Las Vegas. They assured me that they would refund my money within 7 business days. Over a month later, and no refund. I now am in the process of suing them.

Save your money, and do not send anything to SI & GG Events Co. They are a total scam.

The customer service is awful at this place. I bought a King Size comforter that supposedly came with 12 pieces. The comforter was in OK condition as well as the other pieces, but the sheets were for a full size bed and are completely useless.

I sent a quick email requesting a replacement and they responded back requesting my number. After breezing through their email a second time after they failed to contact me, I realized they wanted my phone number not my order number.

It has been weeks and they still haven't got back to me with a solution. If you expect to do a majority of your business online, you have to be responsive to your customers.

This issue could have easily been taken care of with replacement sheets or at least a credit. I wouldn't buy anything from this lackluster business in the future. You shouldn't either.

They sell fake Nikes and they will not even send you the fake Nikes you order. They will not return any sneakers you purchase from them. I had to go to my credit card company a claim fraud for their deception. Stay away from this company.
