3 of our last 4 orders have had shipping SNAFUS... stuck in one city with no movement for over a week. Or worse, companies print a label... which enters tracking information into the system, but your pack sits... never making it into the actual system.
So... when there is an issue, contact customer service. There is no way to do it! After about half a dozen times of navigating the site for help, an occasional email button seems to appear. It must only show after you have clicked the help button a dozen times. Then good luck getting an appropriate answer to you issue. Our last order may be our last.
