Like many of you reading these reviews I found out after I placed an order what a horrible service journeys.com provides. Not all of the products listed as shipping from the manufacturer are actually listed on the site. Chat support says order cannot be canceled. The hold on the purchase amount if you use a debit card goes away due them never completing the transaction. Of all the times I have made online purchases I have never encountered such a bad shopping experience. The only reason I purchased sneakers from the website is that they had a colorway I have never seen anywhere else. If you have the option to purchase the same item somewhere else even if it costs more, do it and save yourself the frustration from dealing with this company. If enough of us report Journeys to the credit card companies as suspected fraud/deceptive business practices than they will be forced to change or lose the ability to use the credit card billing service. If we just rant online they will do nothing. If we effect their ability to make money they will have no choice but to change their business practices. Worst company ever.
