I used these guys on the 29th of July. I needed them to help me with an assessment of IT. The assessment was relatively simple for anyone who knew about the IT field (just to convert a simple table into 1NF, 2NF, and 3NF).

I explained to them that I was on a "tight deadline" and needed the assessment back in 14 hours (this was the 29th of July at around 18:00). They told me that the job could be done and gave me a quote of USD 31.00. Though the price was a bit steep, I needed help, and after checking their website and seeing that they offer a "100% money-back guarantee," I decided to hire their services.

By 22:00, on the same day, my task was done, and I received an email notifying me of it. Next day when I presented the work to my teacher, she was extremely disappointed. The answer was COMPLETELY WRONG. As an act of kindness, she gave me 3 hours to do some research and present it to her again. I really had to put an extraordinary amount of effort into gaining the knowledge necessary and answer the question correctly.

Anyhow, that same day I decided to politely ask for a refund after all the answer provided to me by the company was totally useless. GUESS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND? Adam (the online agent on their website) told me as if it was nothing, "Sorry, we can't give you a refund, but we can give you 30% off on the next task that you hire us to complete". EXCUSE? CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?

If you did a crappy job in the first place, now I'm asking for a refund (which is guaranteed according to the "100% money-back guarantee" on your website), and you are telling me that I'm not going to get my refund WHAT ON EARTH MAKES YOU THINK THAT I WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU EVER AGAIN?

Anyhow, I sent them an email (which became at least 30 emails) explaining my situation, and their gave me the hardest time ever, going around explain 101 different things why I wasn't entitled to the refund. They were saying, "but Sir, you didn't ask for any reviews, that's why the job wasn't perfect!" EXCUSE, I told you that I was on a tight deadline. There was no time for asking for reviews.

They still haven't refunded my money, but I have requested a chargeback to my payment porcessor(by the way, if you are going through the same situation, don't even waste time with them, go immediately to your payment processor, which can be your bank or Paypal and request a chargeback.)

THIS REALLY HURTS THEIR CREDIT SCORE. That's a MUST if you're going through the same situation.

Do you know what is sad about this whole thing? I could have been a loyal customer of them. If they had refunded my money, I'd have definitely got back to them once I needed help another time. Instead of a loyal customer, their poor and totally unprofessional attitude has gained them an extremely dissatisfied customer who will make sure to spread my horrible experience with the world.

Thinking about hiring this company, brother? STOP! DON'T MAKE THIS MISTAKE. RUN AWAY FROM THEM. You can find better and more trustworthy companies. Just do your due diligence.

I hope my review can help fellows who are in the same situation as me. And if you haven't hired them yet, do yourself a favour and find something better. You deserve it.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this website. You can find better options. They say they have a refund policy but once you ask for a refund they will give you totally neglect your request.
