I purchased a visor light, 4 hideaway strobes, 2 grill lights and a switch box on Saturday July 11. ETD processed my credit card on Monday July 13. On July 23 I reached out to find out when my products would arrive. The things I bought for this Build from Gall's and Xprite arrived within a few days. I got a template email about production delays form the factory, COvid blah blah blah. 10-14 days they said They could have told me that it was out of stock, but CHOSE not to. Now its Aug 10, I called the number and extension they gave me. Voice mail and based on the content of the message, they don't answer the phone, they just want you to leave a message. Clearly this was a mistake to order from them.
