I ordered 12 LED lights through ebay that they advertised to work in all countries. When they came, they were for Asian type electrical sockets. They said they would send me 12 adapters, but never did so. I had to replace the lights somewhere else so I requested a return. They gave me the address toi send to in California, they received them, signed for it via FedEx and are now playing dumb to receiving them. 3 times in an email thread the rep asked the invoice # and tracking # and kept claiming their "warehouse hasn't processed the return."
4 months later I still haven't received my $290 refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM TOM TOP.
