The worst customer service ever. My husband and I will return the necklace and never shop there ever again... They made a mistake and pretty much told me to go online print the label and return it then go back online and reorder. What kind of service is this. You have no problem taking my money. You made the mistake and you should be fixing it not I, the customer. Absolutely the worst service ever. All names start with the capital letter as I wrote it when I ordered it... I have the email and confirmation and it's their mistake. But how you handle your customers is what will lead you to be out of business...
