Excelente para quitar el dolor de ciática y espalda. Me gusta que son aparatos muy sencillos pero efectivos. Los puedo llevar a la oficina, a mis clases de yoga y cuando voy de vacaciones con mi esposo, él también los usa. Los recomiendo.
