You can go elsewhere but if you want amazing prices, incredible customer service, and a wide selection of almost anything you could want then B&H is where you go. I don't know what i would do without them. I called recently with an issue and was forward to the person who made the page I was having questions about and was able to get my answer from the source. It's honestly an incredible company and one day I hope to visit the actual store in NYC. Keep up the great work!

I've ordered a lot of this place in hopes that it would get better and maybe get the kinks out. I am constantly getting wrong cold food. When I order from the OTHER GUYS it comes hot and quickly... I am not going to use you guys anymore. I'm sick of incorrect cold food and have no way to contact you besides slow internet chat or email. Bad service. Bad customer service. You make restaurants look bad.
