I ordered an almost identical coat as this one back in October, the 5th, no delivery even now. I emailed the site and got a response form a Christine Wu on November 4th that it was in "process". I needed this delivered a LONG time ago and am now ordering this one in a smaller size -XL instead of XXL. I will hope this one is delivered and IF and WHEN the other one comes I will likely send it back. This is my last try with this site if it doesn't get taken care of this time.
