I set up my Pay Pal account about 12 years ago and NEVER been able to use it. I tried to add a bank card and I got a message saying contact them, but I can't because there's no phone number and their pathetic message system is automated so you can never resolve issues - hence 12 years of trying! I really don't know why it is still operating. I cannot even change my primary address and I moved from it 9 years ago! Disgusting customer service. I have now deleted the app. I will NEVER go there again! Michael Dunsdon
