Customer service were dismissive, unhelpful and failed to solve the issue. They then ignored me.
Avoid Steel Services. Should you have any issue with a product they don't seem to care. They are unresponsive and have no interest in resolving the issue. I posted evening I did to resolve an issue with connection dropping. The return email was just a cut and paste of what I sent saying"have you tried this?" I have responded with numerous emails just to be ignored. Terrible after sales service, they really don't care.
Tip for consumers:
AVOID buying from this company!!!!!
