I have used indeed on several occasions last year to find staff and I last received an invoice in April this year, which was paid on time as per previous invoices at the same address with the same card details that are on my account now.
I have tried to post another job and I have had my account suspended unable to post any more jobs or access my account.
I have asked for my account to be reactivated, I was then asked for proof of my address, which is not unreasonable, maybe a year or two late.
I have sent a copy of a letter from my bank with my name and address now thats been rejected and an invoice (no not the 6 or 7 that indeed have on file from themselves with the same address on them)
I can only assume that when they elmailed me with a code for £100 credit to my account that they didn't really expect me to use it because posting a job was never a problem until now,
When they were taking money from me and it always worked fine then, ( I wish I had not put the code in now)
Also I am unable to even close my account, I have to email to ask for it to be disabled,
So they still have my information, that they are now not happy with.
But they will not let me close my account and remove my personal data from the system,

If someone from indeed sends a reply to this, Would they please let me know if Indeed accept there own past paid invoices as proof of my address
