I will try to be brief. I purchased this Lawn Mower July 19,2019 from one of the local "reputable box stores". I liked the mower at first use but became concerned when I could not figure out how to adjust the handlebar but went ahead anyhow and decided I would address that in the next Springtime. Also, the drive belt failed after approximately 9 hours of use and since it was the last cut in late October, I decided to store the mower until the Springtime. I was told by a Honda CS Rep that the handlebar was not adjustable. So, after 9 hours of use the drive belt failed and I had to pay to have it repaired. To summarize; I like the Honda engine and the twin blades (the service center did not sharpen since I did not request it) and I like the self-propelled feature. However, if Honda agreed to take this mower back and refund me 80 percent of the purchase price, I would do that immediately. PS. I tried to add photo of my receipt, but the computer somehow would not let me. Sincerely,
