On August 23,2017 at approximately 11:30am, I had dropped off my pants to have the waist area and legs taken in since I have lost 80lbs. I got measured by Johns employee who I specifically told him to have John call me first with the price for the alterations because if it cost close or more than new pants then I wouldn't want them done. I told him 3 times. I was told John would be back in 1 hour to call him for pricing. To my surprise, John called me up and said my pants are done and it $14. I said John, first of all you were not supposed to touch them until we talked and does that $14 include the legs being way baggie. He said $14 is for only the waist. So I told John based on what he was going to charge me for everything tans I didn't authorize him to do the waist and his employee was told by me 3 times not to touch my pants until John and I discussed it first. When I was about to leave, I said, "John you are not going to charge me for it, right?" He unbelievably said, "give me the pants back and I will undue the waist!" Never ever will Me or My family and friend will got to Super "A" Discount Cleaners.
