Ok so deals look good until the tires arrive (shipping was fast) right size and brand but they had a mfg date of 2013 making them not new but 5 years old... that means my tires had reached 1/2 thier life expectancy before being sold to me... Some tire shops wont fix a flat on a tire over 5 years old so thats a issue also. When i emailed them 2 times i got nothing but they had time to ask me to review my purchase. But no one ever replied to my asking why my tires were 5 years old Nothing no. Reply... thats like paying for a puppy but getting a full grown dog instead. So tirebuyer is a place id stay far away from and go to youre local trusted shop because its not a good deal if you only get half of what you pay for right? And its just says a lot about who they are when they dont respond to a simple question because they know they ripped you off... tirebuyer aka tire rack you will no longer rip me off or anyone else who reads this. You are just awful and deserve to go out of business if i have a say in it

Venom rc 11.1. Volt 35 c lipopolymer batteries in 1350 mah form after a year. Plus of bashing hard i had a issue with a pair of radio control rc lipo polymer batteries so i contacted thier website... It had easy warranty claim form. They reply quickly and they replaced them for nothing EVEN THOUGH they were way over a year old and had serviced me beyond expectations. I was only expecting the lifetime replacement charge of 30 % off. But these folks. Straight up just said no worries and free of cost shipped them to me... i have bought other items from atomik with same quality in thier. Brushless motors and speed controls. So if you like great items, best of warranty service, and usa located customer service that goes the distance to keep me playing with my fastest of electric cars trucks and buggies VENOM BATTERIES BY ATOMIK RC BUY THE BEST BE THE FASTEST GO TEAM ATOMIK

This place isells rc radio control items and parts and i think is a one man home show. The site is kinda quirky and hard to get around and really not much stuff there thats mainstreme... the prices and shipping are really reasonable but it seems to take a while before they arrive and the website doesnt give you any information about returns or in my case a wrong item. You will have to call a customer service number and speak to a man thats barely audible or clear. I had to call them because they shipped wrong item and its going on ten days waiting for the right item to make a appearence. So if u cant find heli parts for double horse or others look one more time and if still no luck well prepare to be patient and make sure they double check your order wich it took mine 4 days before even shipping started... uj toys keep trying maybe someday u will get it right

Fed ex is about the worst logistics type of company i have ever had the displeasure of hiring to do a simple job Here is my story i ordered a item from east coast and tracked it till it made it to my town... the facility is like 5 minutes from my home... expecting it the next day i checked on it only to find out it was now in kent washington 150 miles north and was being handed off to DHL for some damn reason im not sure why...
My complaint is now we have added 4 more days till i finally get item
Does it make any sense to carry a package a extra 300 miles after it was 5 miles away half a week ago... And fedex is who got hired to do job so why is dhl handling my item... thats not who i paid to deliver item. I say support our own usps. Cause they do it right and quicker than this joke of a outfit called fed ex
Fedex im fed up with you and i hope your bad system causes total failure and you guys just dissapear into the haze

I biuy a new guitar once a year with my safety bonus from workng all year so they have a bit of my money in thier pockets
Anyway i did the buy it online for sameday pickup they offer
Got the conformation purchase email instantly wich also said we will email you when its ready
Ok so hours went by no email not a damn thing so i sent a email asking when will it be ready or is there a problem with my order ok
Several more hours go by still nothing
Finalky i drove to the store and they didnt even have order yet at thier store say what? Luckily i got a great employee who knew how to get it handled and boom walked out the door with my new les paul in hand... ok great but here is what gets me
10 days later they finally replied to my email yes im not lying 10 days later
So i sent a reply to that email asking if it always takes ten days to get a reply
Ok so 8 days later they replied to my question about slow customer service
Eight freakin days later what a joke
So to finalize this they have great deals good in store service but the worst email service ever and i never did get a its ready email from them
Guitar center you need some restringing and a good tune up too

Ok so timeline 12:00 pm i order a laptop online for fast pickup at store at least that is what they said
Arrival at store 1:30 pm did shopping and after paying for items i made my way to pickup
2:30 pm entered my # into check in zzzzzzzz nothing listed... made my way to front of line where i was told. I wasnt sent the email yet to tell me its ready... ok so when. Answer approx 4:00 pm ok but they only have to move it from back of store to front to the pickup dept
5:00pm no email
6:30 pm still nothing
7:00 pm talked to customer service after 10 min wait who said well i guess its busy there so heres the phone # to check yourself. At that point i called it a day
12:00 pm the next day still no email or text message
End l of this story is i could of went back to electronics and purchased it and left. With it that first day. So dont believe they are gonna do anything the way they say they will i never did get the its ready message but the third day i got a its been picked up email.
What a bunch of hassle this turned out to be. Save yourself the stress and wade your way to where u know item is at and buy it there so the greeters can hassle you for your reciept on the way out lol

I had a vintage rc schumacher that i wanted to restore and this is the place to go for when it comes to many rc models... These guys went the extra mile to outsource me stuff that just isnt around anymore like the drive belts that are key to the whole thing
Even shipping was fast and fair and i will be a repeat customer for sure
