Was waiting all day because this items I had to be home to sign for. Was. T delivered. Called customer service, talked to an agent. He offered me $30. I refused. He called UPS and told me that they will are behind on delivery schedule and item will be delivered in aprox. 1 hour. He also suggested he will call me in 1 hour. I said ok. In 2 hours I called them again. Asked to talk a manager. The manager whose name is Shane with last initial if the last name is M, told me that they have no idea when the item will arrive and amazon can offer me $5 for delay. What a great service.
