I normally do not leave reviews for companies, but I felt this was an adequate circumstance. I love this store's style and clothes, but it is overpriced, which is tolerable if the service is good - meaning full refunds or giving the in store credit within a reasonable date. I asked for my in store credit in March and it is now July…. Very frustrating. I did enjoy shopping at verge girl, but this is not worth it.

We are very sorry, but sadly we were experiencing significant delays with return shipments as they were previously returned via a third party company. Unfortunately, further delays caused by COVID-19 and the ongoing demands placed on the postal service meant that some returns have taken much longer than usual to reach us.
Due to these ongoing delays we have recently updated our returns policy and all future return shipments will be sent back via DHL express, this service is expected to take just a few days to reach us!
