I was looking for an e-fax service and came across my fax. Subsequently, my fax had a 30-day free trial and states that you can cancel before the trial period ends to not be charged. Well, I emailed after using one fax which took several tries before the recipient actually received it and I wanted to cancel. Today, I was still charged $10 although I canceled. I called the customer service number only to be told that I would not be getting a refund. After speaking to a supervisor, he agreed to submit a refund to the finance department for approval which will take anywhere between 5-10 business days. I would not advise anyone to use this service because they make it difficult to cancel and do not seem to be in the habit of issuing refunds when necessary.
