The responsible of Antalya office didn't come to the airport and didn't answer my 100 calls even I had my reservation 15 days before, then I had to take a taxi with my family and luggage to search for the renting office and find him hidden in unknown area and they have no excuse of what they done
Also they want to steal your money in any possible way, no gaz, late return, dirty car and they stopped asking for money and ended the contract when I tried to call the police

I've rent a car in Istanbul airport and after returning the car I received many credit card deduction messages without any explanation and after long trail of emails and complaints to goldcar customer service they told me it's toll service without any details of this charge
They charged me toll service an amount more than the rent cost itself in 10 days

Car agency keeps charging my credit card after ending the contract for more than a month and rentalcars didn't do anything and their response was shameless "we can't get such information from agent due to customer privacy rules"
