I ordered in Zalora during their 12/13/20 sale. It was the first time I used the app. I didn't find this particular Hollister top elsewhere so I had no choice but to place my order. I was unaware that there is No way to see the progress of my purchase, or chat with the merchant just like in Lazada, Shein, Shopee, Newchic,
Etc. It is now 12/20/20, and I am very worried that this expensive top will not be able to make it this Christmas. It was intended for a gift. I will remove this app as soon as I receive my order and will never again order nor recommend Zalora to my friends. Horrible experience!
